Thank you for visiting the Erin Swietnicki Co. collection. All the jewelry is handmade in my studio in Brooklyn, NY. The stones I use are collected from various sources including Argentina, Montana, Asia, Brazil, and 46th Street in New York City. I try to select stones that are mined close to sources, unique, hand cut and polished under water. I mostly work in Sterling Silver and 14 Karat Yellow Gold. For care, keep your jewelry in air tight pouches or jewelry boxes. Do not keep jewelry in the bathroom. For cleaning, one can purchase any silver jewelry cleaner at your closest pharmacy for use on all Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, and Gold Plated Brass. The Plated items should only be left in for 45 seconds at the most to avoid removal of plating. I recommend a soft bristled nailbrush with liquid soap to remove all cleaning solution and dry thoroughly before wearing or putting away. Remove plated jewelry when washing hands to avoid tarnishing. I also recommend cleaning earlobes and earring with rubbing alcohol before wearing. This applies not only to Erin Swietnicki Co. products, but any jewelry you may purchase.
